Acceptance of terms. By accessing the site or placing an order, you confirm that you can form a binding contract and that you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.
Account security. If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity under the account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
Products, pricing & orders
Product information. We aim for accurate descriptions, measurements, and finishes. Minor variations in color or texture may occur due to lighting, natural materials, or display settings.
Pricing & payment. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice before checkout. By submitting an order, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the selected payment method for the full amount, including taxes and shipping.
Shipping, risk & returns
Shipping & risk of loss. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Delivery windows are estimates; customs delays and carrier issues are outside our control.
Returns & exchanges. Eligible items may be returned within the posted window in original condition and packaging. We may refuse returns showing wear, alteration, or damage not caused by transit.
Custom & care
Custom and personalized items. Approvals are final at the time of sign-off. Due to their bespoke nature, custom pieces are generally not eligible for return unless defective on arrival.
Care guidance & disclaimers. Follow our care notes for stones and finishes. Normal wear, accidental damage, or improper cleaning are not covered by any limited guarantees unless stated in writing.
Use of site & intellectual property
